| International Callback lets customers establish a connection between their pre-set number and any other phone in the world at the calling rates of the country the system resides in. |
| Callback Customers receive their own Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number, a unique phone number (usually US-based) that dials into iFace.com’s system and automatically accesses their account. |
Connection |
| The customer dials their DID, lets it ring once and hangs up so that they aren’t charged for the call. The system then calls them back, verifies their identity through a PIN or password system and asks for the number the caller would like to reach (destination number). |
| The system establishes a connection between the customer’s number and the destination number and begins to deduct from the account’s pre-paid balance at the rates of the country where the system resides. |
IVR Account Administration |
| If the customer doesn’t hang up after dialing their DID, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) program allows them to change their preset callback number or password, hear their last call destination, record personal greetings, check their account balance and perform several other administrative tasks. |
Personal Greeting |
| Customers can record a personal greeting that plays once connection with the destination number is established. |
| For instance, a customer is staying at a hotel without direct-dial service. The customer may use the hotel’s main number as the callback number, and record a greeting which asks the hotel operator to transfer the callback to a specific room. Once the message starts to play, it repeats until the user answers and enters a password which verifies their identity. |
